Jeff Blass has always been passionate about health and fitness, even before he was an NPTI graduate. After becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant, he has spent countless hours changing lives. In 2012, Jeff competed in NPC Men’s Physique and won 2nd place. Self-motivated and encouraged, he progressed to meet his goal weight and offers the same to his clients. “I wouldn’t be able to encourage my clients if I can’t encourage myself.” Jeff assists clients in maintaining a healthier lifestyle and has the knowledge and experience to empower everyone to meet their goals.ife!

I never once saw myself getting into the fitness world. My idea of a good Friday night was laying back on the couch and eating my feelings away. My life changed when I found a fitness coach who helped me, motivated me, and inspired me to become a personal trainer. I am thrilled to be able to bring fitness to others! Born and raised in Middletwon, New York, Dan is one of 6 children — 3 of whom are national tennis ‘titlists’ — Dan’s father was a college athletic director and his mother, a stay-at-home artist. Luckily, Dan inherited both passions. Throughout school, Dan excelled in tennis, soccer and skiing, while still finding time for artistic endeavors – Sketch, oil, watercolor and photography. His new love: Golf. Exercising and keeping fit is not Dan’s idea of a work out. It’s a way of life. Dan lives by the Motto, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life’. Let Dan help you find the balance in your life. Get fit and stay fit!

An Orlando native, Kevin has been a Certified Fitness Trainer since 2006.  His personal fitness journey started in 1999 when an ad for Taebo came on the television.  Knowing that he had a few extra pounds to lose at the time, and seeing that it would probably be fun to do kickboxing to get into shape, he ordered his first cassette tape. Over the next several months, he had lost over 30 pounds!  It was then that he knew that he eventually wanted to take his new found passion for health and fitness and help others achieve their wellness goals.  He will also be graduating from UCF in the Spring of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.

Daniel joined the Marine Corps in 2011 and served his country for 5 year.  His job was to prepare Marines both mentally and physically for deployment.  He had the opportunity to work in many dimensions of fitness such as Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting. Aside for his passion for fitness, Daniel enjoys target practice at the range, reading and spending time with his family.
