All workouts are conducted in a private room, equipped with state of the art machines, heart rate and calorie track monitor, room temperature control, and music of your choice.
WHY 20 MINUTES
Body20 uses fundamental principles of high intensity Interval training (HIIT). HIIT exercises are designed to achieve weight loss, cardiovascular efficiency, muscle tone and strength. HIIT burns major calories in little time.
Results are fully achieved in 20 minutes twice to three times a week.

I never once saw myself getting into the fitness world. My idea of a good Friday night was laying back on the couch and eating my feelings away. My life changed when I found a fitness coach who helped me, motivated me, and inspired me to become a personal trainer. I am thrilled to be able to bring fitness to others! Jeff Blass has always been passionate about health and fitness, even before he was an NPTI graduate. After becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant, he has spent countless hours changing lives. In 2012, Jeff competed in NPC Men’s Physique and won 2nd place. Self-motivated and encouraged, he progressed to meet his goal weight and offers the same to his clients. “I wouldn’t be able to encourage my clients if I can’t encourage myself.” Jeff assists clients in maintaining a healthier lifestyle and has the knowledge and experience to empower everyone to meet their goals in life!

In 2012 i started my fitness journey in weight lifting and fat loss after years of working at a desk. I quickly began to regain focus, felt energized though out my day, and learned how to better understand my body. Fitness and nutrition became an outlet for stress and the added health benefits gained a permanent role in my everyday life. I enjoy kayaking, canoeing, boxing, spinning, and finding any new ways to keep moving. I stay motivated by making my workouts simple to fit into any schedule. Fitness has made me realize that with dedication and a strong mind set any challenge can be overcome even if it takes baby steps to get started.

Erickson is a triathlete, yoga practitioner, certified nutrition coach, and certified personal trainer. After having to overcome numerous physical and mental obstacles, Erickson has made it an objective to help others through providing good health and fitness practices and knowledge.
